Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Payments

Customers agree to provide valid payment information when completing a prepaid order.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Komiis does not control the operation of external payment systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.

An order may not be processed until the payment has been successfully confirmed where prepaid payment is required.

8. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers agree to accept the order at the provided delivery address.

Customers should place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to receive the parcel.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in:

  • COD being disabled for future orders.

  • Requirement of prepaid payment.

  • Cancellation or rejection of future orders.

Komiis may take reasonable measures to prevent repeated misuse of COD services.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have reached a stage where processing, packing or dispatch makes cancellation impractical.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers should contact Komiis as soon as possible if they need to request cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Komiis.
